Calli (Kalimukti) and Dan (Awareful) join together to bring you a two part workshop focused on Mindful Connection. An amazing combination of Yoga and Mindfulness that aims to bring you a greater level of connection to both yourself and to others.
Saturday 18th May 2-5pm Part one: Connect through Yoga with Calli
Explore a deeper level of self connection and enhance your self-awareness. Find contentment and release judgement as you move through a carefully crafted series of postures.
Enable the forming of more meaningful relationships with others. Enjoy playful, uplifting postures that open the heart and encourage compassion.
Understand the power of the breath for both connection to ones self and openness to others.

We have trained our mind to believe that sometimes even the simplest things can seem so difficult. With acceptance you start the next moment with a compassionate outlook. It is not that you are forgiving what has been done, you are just allowing for the recognition that was has been done has been done, which offers you all the power of choice.
When we begin to let go of the things that no longer serve us, a sense of our true reality emerges. This connection is innate within all of us, although often through no fault of our own we never learnt this. We will be exploring how meditation/mindfulness can often remove some of these barriers we have put in place and connect fully with our sense of being.
As we begin to accept, and connect, the essence that emerges is compassion. Not just for ourselves but a new outlook on those that we are journeying together with. As Ram Das says, we are just walking each other home.
