Join Liz for this 2 hour workshop that integrates the stories of the Bhagavad-Gita, Your OWN story, and Yoga. Together we will explore creative writing as a way to calm the mind by bringing your thoughts to paper. You will be moving through an asana practice, writing propmts, and reading from the Bhagavad-Gita. This event is for anyone who loves yoga and is curious about the stories behind the practice. At the end of the day you will recognize meditation through your words and as well as with your body.
