It’s no secret that the yoga community is growing. And we need YOU! Yes you. Walk this path as Casey Bryan, the lead facilitator harnesses her nearly 13 years of experience teaching and mentoring yoga teachers to uncover your truth. Wade diligently through the rich history and evolved practices. Together we'll enrich our collective understanding of the holistic wisdom of this practice. Not just in the mind but in a felt sense of the body to really know. Whether you seek to move through life with a greater purpose, a lighter step or wish to share this work with the communities around you as a teacher, this training is sure to seep into your bones on a personal, interpersonal, and soul level.
This training will be elevated with applied specialized knowledge from local experts.
What you will learn
- The training meets the elevated 200 hour standards of Yoga Alliance
- Explore the rich history and evolution of ancient and modern yoga
- Learn over 74 poses including detailed alignment, variations, modifications, physical and energetic benefits, and contraindications
- Absorb tenants of pranayama including historical & anatomical context, sequencing, embodiment and cueing of 5 main pranayama techniques
- Uncover energetic body maps such as koshas, kleshas, chakras, nadis and prana vayus
- Elevate your understanding of key meditation terms and techniques to incorporate into your daily practice and/or teaching
- Undertake an in depth look at modern anatomy, physiology and biomechanics as it relates to yoga poses and yoga teaching
- Deeply reflect during this training to reveal your truest nature and most powerful presence
- Study an overview of ancient texts such as the Yoga Sutras, Yamas & Niyamas, Bhagavad gita and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika
- Practice real time teaching, implementing the techniques and wisdom gained throughout the training
- Understand the importance and techniques of methodology including voice, pace, cueing and class management
- Be thoroughly briefed on professional development and related professional organizations, marketing and the business of teaching yoga
- You will also receive a student yoga teacher training manual

Immerse yourself in the etheral sounds of the hand pan in this unique sound journey experience. The hand pan, a melodic percussion instrument, creates resonant tones that invite deep relaxation and introspection. During this workshop, you'll be guided through a series of meditative soundscapes. The session will begin with gentle breathwork exercises to center your mind and body. As the hand pan's captivating melodies fill the space, you'll be encourages to release tension and explore your inner landscape.

Somatic Breathwork offers a transformative journey toward healing and well-being by tapping into the innate wisdom of the body. Under the expert guidance of Suzette Sondag, this modality becomes a powerful tool for navigating the complexities of the nervous system. Through intentional breathwork practices, participants are invited to explore the intricate connections between their breath, emotions, and physical sensations.
Central to Somatic Breathwork is the recognition that suppressed and repressed emotions often manifest as stress and tension within the body. By creating a safe and supportive space, Suzette facilitates an exploration of these emotions, allowing them to surface and be processed with compassion and understanding. Through this process, individuals can release the burdens they've been carrying, fostering a greater sense of ease and freedom in their lives.
With each breath, participants embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, unlocking the body's natural ability to restore balance and vitality. Somatic Breathwork invites us to playfully engage with our inner landscape, embracing the power of breath to cultivate resilience and emotional well-being. Alpine Yoga presents a two-part, experiential workshop series led by Casey Bryan. Created for new students, experienced practitioners wanting to refine their technique, and teachers seeking CEUs, this lab blends functional anatomy, alignment clarity, and embodied exploration.
You’ll learn to understand your unique structure, build stability without strain, and approach both foundational and advanced shapes with clarity and confidence. Each session is intentionally small to allow space for personalized feedback, hands-on assists, and open Q&A.
PART 1: ROOTED FOUNDATIONS
Build the base of a strong and sustainable practice.
We’ll explore:
- Foundational standing postures
- Sun Salutations
- Breath + movement synergy
- Muscle engagement vs. joint loading
- How to work with your mobility, strength, and bone
structure
Ideal for beginners wanting a strong start or longtime practitioners wanting deeper refinement.
PART 2: SKILLFUL FLIGHT
Expand your practice in a grounded, accessible way.
We’ll explore:
- Binds and bind variations
- Arm balance mechanics + safe entry progressions
