Expanded Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a blissful style that can benefit all yoga practitioners, creating balance in their asana practice. It uses props such as blankets, pillows and bolsters to support the body in restful poses that are held for longer periods of time. It is particularly beneficial to those who are coping with physical or emotional trauma. This 2 ½ hour exploration of Restorative Yoga will be a deeply calming session that will leave you feeling spiritually rejuvenated and physically loose and open. The workshop will also explain some of the philosophy behind the restorative style.
