Class Description: Join us for a playful, connection-focused class where children and caregivers explore kindness—to themselves, each other, and the earth. Through story-based yoga flows, families will learn basic poses, share moments of calm, and enjoy a joyful practice filled with movement, giggles, and togetherness.

Join KIND founder Ellen Reesor for a full-day
retreat rooted in Buddhist wisdom and traditions. Through mindful
movement, meditation, and group reflection, we’ll explore the
Buddha’s path to awakening - not as a distant goal, but as a

FACILITATOR?
Ellen Reesor is a studio
owner and eternal student, currently completing her Bachelor of
Psychology at UBC with the dream of becoming a clinical counsellor.
She plans to combine her 1,000+ hours of yoga, physiology and
mindfulness training with her knowledge of Eastern spirituality and
embodied movement to guide others on their journey of
meaning-making.
