Support your changing body with knowledge, movement, and community. This 4-week series is designed to empower expecting and new parents with practical tools for pelvic floor health, core connection, and confident recovery — all in a nurturing, nature-based setting at KIND Yoga on Reesor’s Farm.
What
to Expect
Each 60-minute session
includes:
• 20 minutes of education led by Markham Pelvic Health
• 10 minutes of Q&A to address your real-life questions
• 30 minutes of guided prenatal/postnatal yoga with KIND Yoga
Together, we’ll blend evidence-based education with mindful movement to help you feel strong, informed, and supported through pregnancy and postpartum.
Meet
Your Instructors:
Iman Yarow – Markham
Pelvic Health
Iman is a pelvic health physiotherapist with a special interest in
prenatal and postnatal care, supporting clients through pregnancy,
postpartum recovery, and return to movement. She is passionate
about combining education and mindful movement to help individuals
feel strong, confident, and supported in their changing bodies.
Sarah Comper – KIND Yoga
Sarah is a
prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor and mom of two who is
passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum.
Her classes combine movement, breathwork and education that
supports mothers at any stage.
