Join KIND Yoga and Markham Pelvic Health for a supportive 4-week series designed to help women navigate perimenopause and postmenopause with confidence. Through a blend of education, strength-building movement, and relaxation, this series focuses on improving pelvic health, bone strength, and overall wellbeing.
What to Expect
Each 60-minute session includes:
• 20 minutes of education led by Markham Pelvic Health
• 10 minutes of Q&A to address your real-life questions
• 30 minutes of guided yoga and strength-based movement with KIND
Yoga
Together, we’ll explore practical tools and mindful movement to help you feel stronger, more informed, and supported during this transition.
Meet Your Instructors:
Melissa Wong – Markham Pelvic Health
Melissa is a pelvic health physiotherapist and clinic director who
facilitates our perimenopause and postmenopause series. She brings
a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to education and movement,
with a strong focus on empowering clients to understand and trust
their bodies.
Lesley Visconti – KIND Yoga
Lesley is an occupational therapist and registered yoga teacher
with specialty training in Menoyoga®️ and Adapted Yoga. She blends
her healthcare background with nature-based yoga practices at KIND
to offer an inclusive, supportive, and connected yoga experience.
Her approach emphasizes accessibility, body awareness, and gentle
movement practices that support women in feeling more comfortable
and confident in their bodies through the menopausal
transition.
