It will help you learn to treat yourself daily in a way that is completely safe, pleasurable and very effective to alleviate pain in the body and increase your flexibility.
Myofascial Stretching (MFR) Stretching and Self Treatment Class
We will focus on specific strategies and techniques that follow Myofascial Release principles. Working with props, stretches and unwinding you will be able to access and treat your own fascial system, which is a web spanning your entire body down to the very cellular system.
