Youth Dryland Training | Jan

This cardio/strength training class, is fun focused, but will challenge your son or daughter’s agility, balance, coordination, core strength and overall body conditioning. Each week will be a little different from the last, so whether your child is sport focused or not, he/she will experience noticeable fitness improvements. Ages 11-16
