This traditional yoga flow class, is fast paced and focuses on strengthening the entire body, through linked poses. We will explore a variety of movements and Vinyasas in a fun, relaxed way. This class combines the physical exertion, with the mental concentration that Vinyasa yoga offers, to leave you feeling physically and mentally relaxed. Let go of your inhibitions and be prepared to explore inversions, arm balances and deeper backbends. Don’t be scared, progressions are taught, and students are encouraged to take things at their own pace.
