If you have never taken a yoga class before or have very little experience, but want to learn, then this is the perfect class for you. Class size will be limited to 10 participants, so that you can practice in a more intimate, safe and welcoming environment. You can expect to move through beginner postures at a slower pace, allowing for more hands on instruction and assisted learning. We have everything you need, so all you have to bring is yourself and something comfortable to wear.

Set to fun & playful hiphop beats, this class will be a combination of traditional yoga asanas, infused with every personal trainer's idea of fun. Using only our body weight & yoga props, you can expect a series of lunges, warriors, planks & other flowing combinations of mobility & strength building poses.
