Mindful Mama is a monthly, judgment-free workshop where busy moms can bring dinner, connect, and learn real-life tools for balancing family, work, and themselves. Each 90-minute session blends honest conversation, practical strategies, and supportive community—no perfection required.

Led by a fellow working mom and certified life coach who’s navigated burnout, ADHD, and the beautifully messy reality of motherhood, these workshops focus on progress, connection, and calm you can actually use in real life. Come as you are. Eat, breathe, laugh, and leave feeling supported, capable, and less alone.

Quiet imposter syndrome and build confidence at home and work with realistic mindset shifts and community support.
