
Welcome to our monthly Mindful Mama workshop - a nurturing space where busy moms can bring their dinner, connect with like-minded women, and collectively explore strategies navigating the wild adventure of balancing life, family, and even career! Each 90-minute session combines practical tools, real talk, and supportive community in a judgment-free zone.
As your fellow chaos-navigator, I bring my experience as a certified life and purpose coach, adult educator, recovering perfectionist, woman of color, working mom juggling ADHD in a multigenerational household, and someone who's crawled through burnout to an empowered and much more realistic wellness foundation. These workshops aren't about perfection - they're about progress, connection, and creating moments of intention and calm amid our beautifully messy lives.
Each monthly theme addresses a different flavor of our mom juggling act and offers tangible strategies you can implement between soccer practice and that deadline. Come as you are, bring what nourishes you (whether that's takeout or a home-cooked meal), and let's create a space where belonging, resources, and motivation combine to help you craft your best life - on your own terms.
