Kick off the yuletide season with this festive Vin Yin workshop.
This practice, led by Lisa, will begin with a heat building vinyasa flow set to festive holiday music and finish with a meditative Yin practice.
We will end with an extra long Savasana with sweet sounds and festive scents of the season.
Hot chocolate and Christmas cookies will be served, and all attendees will have a gift under the tree to help them stay balanced throughout the busy holiday season.
