Restorative Aerial Yoga & Nidra (In Studio)

Rest, relax, and rejuvenate yourself with the practice of restorative yoga postures in the aerial hammock followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation offering your body deep and profound relaxation. No prior experience necessary. This practice is said to be five times more restorative than regular sleep.
 
You will spend the first half of your practice in the yoga hammock. You will be guided in a few restorative yoga postures and breathing practices that will allow your body to relax preparing for the guided meditation that will follow.
 
The meditation offered will guide your conscious mind through thought patterns, emotions, images, and sensations that can lead you to a greater understanding of your own creativity, insight, and self-worth.
 
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, a small pillow to support your neck, and your favorite blanket if you would like.
 
This practice is for anyone looking to find peace!

The unhappy pelvic floor causes health issues such as incontinence, muscle pain, prolapses, urinary urgency, constipation, and so forth. Kegal isn't the answer.

In this workshop, we will learn the basics of the Pelvic Floor and its ultimate role in our well-being. We will learn how posture affects the breathing body, emotional body, and the health of the pelvic floor. We will practice breathing techniques for the health and balance of the pelvic floor. We will discover yoga postures that benefit both hypertonic (too tight) and hypotonic (too lax) pelvic floor conditions.
