Learn the tools to navigate stress, and become more resilient in your everyday life! This movement-based workshop will teach you techniques to feel better and move better in your body. We will explore self myofascial release, balancing spinal movement, and different methods of regulating the nervous system. Improve balance and posture, and create feelings of relaxation in the body. The goal is to create a sense of safety, stability and calm throughout the body, better “resilience.” To be resilient means to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions, stress or damage…students will leave this workshop with a tool box of information that can be applied easily to their everyday life, creating more resilience on a daily basis.
Workshop includes a dryer ball and a lacrosse ball for each student (two of the props that will be used in the workshop).

In this 2 hour workshop with Shivani, discover the transformative power of sound, breath, and vibration. Whether you are entirely new to Sanskrit or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your relationship with sacred chanting, this immersion offers a supportive, high-vibration space to explore the living art of mantra.
Together, we will journey into the roots of Sanskrit—feeling the ancient alphabet on the tongue, unlocking its physical and energetic resonance, and demystifying the meanings behind timeless chants. You’ll learn how these sound vibrations directly influence prana (life-force energy), steady the mind, and awaken the heart.
Gathering in a collaborative, Kirtan-inspired atmosphere, we will raise our voices together to experience mantra not just as words, but as a felt somatic state.
In this workshop, you will explore:
The Biology of Sound: How silence, breath, and silent or vocalized repetition shift your subtle energy.
Sanskrit on the Tongue: A beginner-friendly introduction to Sanskrit pronunciation, mouth placement, and vibrational mechanics.
Unfolding Meaning: Translating core mantras into personal, lived experience so your practice carries deep intention.
Collective Chanting: A communal, Kirtan-style sound circle designed to dissolve self-consciousness and elevate collective energy.
Curiosity seekers and experienced practitioners alike are welcome. Come lend your voice, feel the resonance, and hold space in community.
