Yoga for Better Sleep

This workshop series is tailored to those struggling with chronic poor sleep. Using a variety of tools from the yoga tradition, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and mantra, the goal will be to help the body and mind settle and rebalance for more restful sleep.
Cost: $35 for series of six classes; FREE for those with unlimited memberships
