GOALIE POWER!

Open to all ages. Work on skating that is unique to goalies. Greater focus on lateral movement with T-Pushes and Shuffles, in addition to c-cuts both forward and backward. Additional emphasis on sliding laterally and diagonally.

Excellent movement in the crease, separates great goalies from good goalies.
