Join Matthew & Bethany for this intimate ceremony sitting with Hapé & Cacao.
Hapé, the mapacho tobacco based shamanic snuff from the Amazon, is a masculine medicine of presence and clearing. Cacao is a feminine medicine, offering warm & nourishing opening of the heart.
In this ceremony, we’ll sit with each medicine, work with intentions, self inquiry & meditation to bring forth truth in your being.
Medicine is provided. Please bring a journal & pen.

Matthew has been studying & serving plant medicine since 2020, and serves ceremonies across the country with his teacher. Bethany has cultivated a deep relationship with Cacao and is studying with her teacher to serve the medicine ceremonially.

Dr. Arin Levy (they/them), is a
warm-hearted percussionist and sound artist with roots in
Cuban-American heritage, currently residing in Denver, CO. Arin's
lifelong journey with music has been enriched by the pursuit of
degrees in western percussion, music theory, and experimental sound
art. From 2010-2019, Arin was an active music educator throughout
the Southeast and Midwest, instructing at some of the largest high
school and collegiate music programs in Indiana and
Alabama.
During the stressful years of music education, connections to yoga were formed, and deepened. It was then that Arin began noticing the parallels between their percussion background and sound meditations. As life can do, a series of unfortunate circumstances served as the catalyst for a new chapter in life. On the other side of these events, came peace, a new home and a new life, and a desire to create music in a new place.
In 2021, Arin completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification program, and continued to weave sonic meditations into their daily practice. Enso Sounds & Healing Arts, their self-led business, is a haven for transformative well-being, where vibrant sound baths, gentle yoga, and serene meditation converge to create an oasis of connection and self-discovery. Step into a world where the natural rhythms of your body are embraced, and sound is the best medicine for the soul.
