This gathering is an invitation to pause, soften, and connect with your grief in a supportive and transformative way. Together, we’ll use breath, movement, and reflection to honor what is present within, before closing with a soothing Sound Bath to integrate and restore.
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and supported—yoga props, a journal and pen, blankets, or meaningful items from your loved ones. Grounding tools such as crystals are also welcome.

In western, first world countries men's life spans are typically 7yrs shorter than women's. Why? Because of a lack of social connection. For generations men have been told that “men don’t talk about their feelings,” “real men don’t cry,” or “man up.” So, most men go through life without having the opportunity to truly feel their feelings and be held and supported in the ways that they so rightfully deserve.
Yet men play vital, irreplaceable roles in building our societies, and it is time to prioritize the well-being of men.
