Arthritis Friendly - 8AM Session 6

For all classes you can use the deep or/and shallow end of the pool.

This session is specially designed for those with arthritis (though anyone is welcome). Using bands, boards, belts and noodles, this fun aquatic workout helps improve flexibility from head to toe and boosts stamina, endurance & muscle toning while getting cardio.

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class. Showers are available, and we kindly request that you rinse off before entering the pool.

Please remember to bring your own towel and personal hygiene items.

You will also need to complete the health questionnaire, either online or in person before participating.
