With this 6-week series, you will learn the foundations of Baptiste Power Yoga, the pose sequence taught in the Baptiste Power Yoga St. Louis studio. Each class will break down the poses in the Baptiste Series with modifications making each pose accessible to everybody, regardless of physical strength, flexibility or body type. You will also learn the 5 pillars of Baptiste yoga and how they are integrated into every class. Give yourself the gift of strength, awareness, presence and well being. This series is designed for true beginners or those new to Baptiste Power Yoga, but will benefit anyone who wants to deepen their practice.
Vision boards are visual representations of a life YOU WANT TO CREATE, on and off the mat. This workshop will give you tips on how to create a vision board and then use it to achieve your goals and make your dreams a reality. You will create your own vision board during the workshop. You are welcome to bring your own magazines, photos and other items, or use materials provided by the instructor.
