Teacher Bio: Char has been a lifelong student of Holistic Health, Wellness and Movement. Her desire to guide clients through physical transformation influenced her decision to become a professional in the fitness industry and seeing the need to assist clients in whole body balance, while addressing the physical, mental emotional and spiritual aspects, influenced her decision to become a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher & Mindfulness Guide, Reiki Practitioner & Master Teacher and a Professional Sound Healer. Char truly enjoys offering each of these incredible modalities, but has a fondness for sharing the gift of sound. She is a firm believer that our bodies are the perfect receptors for sound and crystal singing bowls are the ideal vibrational transmitters that flawlessly synchronize to resolve imbalances on every physiological & psychological level of human functioning. This is supported by the amazing feedback that she received from so many who’ve attended her Crystal Bowl Meditation, Sound Baths and Sound Healing workshops over the past several years.
Walk & Roll - Yoga Therapy Balls Workshop with Karen Mott
Just in time for summer. Walking is one of the most universal of all human activities. During this workshop, we will awaken and enhance the joy of walking for wellbeing, and the ability to walk with greater ease. Balance and walking are key aspects of living independently and for longevity. Walking is a whole-body experience, but did you know that there are 26 bones and 33 joints in the human foot alone? There’s also more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments - all of which work together to provide support, balance and mobility. During this workshop, movement and the yoga therapy balls will help us get into the many sedentary nooks and crannies in our feet, ankles, legs, hips and torso to enhance mobility, endurance and strength in our walk.
Join Coeli for a masterclass that will be energizing, challenging and fun. We will begin with a moving, well-paced Vinyasa flow to build strength, flexibility and focus, and conclude with a deeply restorative finishing sequence.
Coeli is a powerful and compassionate facilitator who specializes in facilitating adaptive and inclusive group experiences. In her teaching, she emphasizes a joyful approach, utilizing the therapeutic power of playfulness in learning the application of mindfulness into everyday life.
