Teacher Bio: Char has been a lifelong student of Holistic Health, Wellness and Movement. Her desire to guide clients through physical transformation influenced her decision to become a professional in the fitness industry and seeing the need to assist clients in whole body balance, while addressing the physical, mental emotional and spiritual aspects, influenced her decision to become a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher & Mindfulness Guide, Reiki Practitioner & Master Teacher and a Professional Sound Healer. Char truly enjoys offering each of these incredible modalities, but has a fondness for sharing the gift of sound. She is a firm believer that our bodies are the perfect receptors for sound and crystal singing bowls are the ideal vibrational transmitters that flawlessly synchronize to resolve imbalances on every physiological & psychological level of human functioning. This is supported by the amazing feedback that she received from so many who’ve attended her Crystal Bowl Meditation, Sound Baths and Sound Healing workshops over the past several years.
Winter Solstice Flow & Restore with Pam Esty
Step into the deep stillness of the shortest day of the year. This two-hour workshop blends the vitality of Vinyasa Flow with the quiet nourishment of Restorative Yoga, guiding you from movement into spacious rest in Yoga Nidra—mirroring nature’s own shift into dormancy and renewal. Together, we will mark the Solstice with seasonal ritual, sharing, and intention-setting, creating space to release what is complete and to welcome the slow returning of the light.
Just as the earth rests in winter’s hush, this is a time to pause, reflect, and root into inner stillness. All levels are welcome—bring your mat, a journal, and an open heart.

Guided by Mirvat and Stephanie w/ live music by Ash
Intentionally enter into the new year under the protective energy of the Wolf Moon. Known for its intuitive and nurturing properties, this moon rises in the astrological sign of Cancer, offering a calling home to ourselves. It invites us to listen inward, acknowledge our inner landscape and explore the strength that can be found in solitude.
This 90-minute workshop offers both movement and ritual as it is an embodied experience with opportunity to purposefully set intentions. We’ll begin with an opening meditation, move through a gentle flow, settle into restorative postures, and close with a deeply restful yoga nidra. Accompanied by live music and optional journaling at the end with a cup of chai, this evening offers space for inner alignment as you begin the year ahead.
