The Unfolding: A Yoga Workshop on Mortality, Death and Dying
*DONATION BASED (Cash at the door)*
Are you seeking a contemplative, safe, and supportive space to
explore your thoughts and feelings about death and dying? Join us
for this interactive and thought provoking workshop designed to
facilitate open and honest conversations about death, end-of-life
wishes, fears, and hopes around this topic.
Our experienced facilitators will navigate the conversation,
offering guidance and support as we work to guide you through these
discussions aiming to break down taboos and make them more
approachable and meaningful. This workshop aims to demystify death
and make end-of-life conversations less uncomfortable and more
common. By transforming what are often difficult conversations into
opportunities for connection, we aim to empower participants to
live a more fulfilling life and approach
end-of-life with greater peace and clarity.

Within the magnificent sphere of holistic healing, your body functions much like a multifaceted machine, complete with its own array of energy charging stations. These 7 vital life force energy centers are known as chakras. They can be the key to understanding and enhancing your overall vitality.
Join Shawn while she takes you through each chakra and it’s unique healing properties. Each Chakra has colors, scents, asanas(postures), sounds and more associated with it. Shawn will provide details and a document you can use at home for future reference.
