This is the first program to enroll in. Your child will be in a semi-private group learning the foundational skills of strength training.

Build strength, increase confidence, and learn a life-long skill.

The Learn To Lift program is built specifically for the needs of adolescents. It begins with very light weights emphasizing movement, body positions, and consistency. Progressions in both skills and weights are used throughout the eight weeks. Each athlete has a very personalized experience and moves at their own pace.

The movements are drawn from powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting: snatch, clean, jerk, squats, presses, and deadlifts. These movements develop and express full body strength.
