Mindful Coffee Walks is a gentle, social meditation practice that blends movement, breath, and connection. We’ll begin with a few minutes of standing asana and simple breathing to help you arrive in your body before we start walking. As we move together, I’ll offer a quote, poem, or reflective question to spark light conversation and shared curiosity. We’ll walk Parkside's one-mile loop at an easy pace and can repeat it a couple of times, making the experience flexible and accessible for most bodies.
