This class will help you improve your basic skills & strength on the rope. Skills worked on may include straddle or other climbs, bent & straight arm inversions, windmill, hip key, beats, c shaping (back balance, rolling down, rolling up), etc. Bring your goals & requests! You are also welcome to bring your own rope if desired.

Come learn the foundational skills of aerial arts in a safe and supportive environment. You will learn basic aerial skills such as hanging safely, climbing, foot locks, and ways to get upside down, while building strength for ongoing aerial practice. You do not need any prior aerial experience or particular fitness practice to take this class.

This 4 week Lyra class is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience. The focus of this class is on developing strength and confidence while learning fundamental mounts, shapes, and transitions. Participants will receive guidance on Lyra basics and proper techniques to ensure safe and effective practice. Individuals with intermediate skills are also welcome to join; instruction can be tailored to accommodate different skill levels. You can sign up as a drop in for one class or sign up for the entire month.
