This yoga workshop with Porscha Doucette will focus on bringing balance to the Manipura Chakra: the flame at belly center.
Balancing the inner fire brings a deep level of nourishment and inner strength that propels us through life without burnout. This all-levels workshop will include: chanting, meditation, SATYA, dynamic and restorative asana, and pranayama.
