All About That BASE
Calling all low flow lovers! This workshop is focused on trick-based transitions around the base of the pole to help take your low flow to new heights! Basic understanding of shoulder rolls (forwards and backwards) and shoulder stand prep (feet on floor) is an asset. Modifications and progressions will be provided.
Pole 2 & up.
Kneepads recommended.
Bring a shirt/tank/shrug for shoulder protection.

Tricks aren't just for the pole! This workshop is focused on floor based tricks to spice up your floor work and leave your audience floored. Modifications and progressions will be provided, and we'll also touch on how to safely prep for progressions to more dynamic floor tricks.
Prerequisites: Must be comfortable getting into plow/candlestick, and comfortable bearing weight in your hands in positions like plank and downward dog.
Kneepads/knee protection required
Pole heels highly recommended
T-Shirt/shoulder cover recommended
Some previous floor work experience an asset
Unlock the full potential of your pole heel play! ft. Lady Kori. Join us for a flow focused intensive designed to facilitate the exploration edge work, point work, and ankle play. Included will be conditioning exercises for the ankles and feet to improve articulation and control. Get ready to skate, slink, glide, and slide! Pole heels mandatory. Leggings and knee protection are recommended. All-Levels are welcome.

Have you struggled finding your balance upside down? Come and learn proper technique, mobility, and strengthening exercises to help you achieve your pole-assisted handstand dreams! After some conditioning and mobility work, we will work on some tricks on the pole. This workshop is suitable for advanced Pole 2 students (minimum 10 Pole 2 classes) and higher.
