In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to support your baby’s body through simple, effective bodywork techniques designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and support healthy development. Whether your little one is dealing with feeding challenges, body tightness, or you just want to bond through nurturing touch—this class is for you.
We’ll guide you through gentle movements and massage that help:
• Improve latch and feeding
• Support digestion and ease gas or colic
• Release tension from birth
• Encourage better sleep and body awareness
Perfect for newborns to pre-crawlers. Come ready to connect, learn, and help your baby thrive from the inside out.

This 2-week course
meets weekly either Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings for 2.5
hours each class. We recommend taking this class in your second or
third trimester.
Pregnancy is
the beginning of a journey of a lifetime. This class empowers new
parents with the skills and confidence to thrive in this new phase
of life. Join us for this 2-week class as we provide tools you’ll
need to be successful during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and
becoming new parents.
Topics include:
- Interactive discussion on anatomy and terminology
- Preterm labor
- False versus true labor
- Signs and stages of labor
- A partner's supportive role in pregnancy and labor
- Comfort and relaxation techniques
- Hospital procedures
- Medical interventions
- Pain management (We will discuss both medicated and unmedicated births, giving you all the facts you need to make the right decision for yourself and your birth.)
- Cesarean birth
- Postpartum care
- Your baby's first few days (for additional education on your newborn, check out The Newborn Class.)

Happy Mom School:
The Expert's Guide to Life as Mom was designed with the newborn mom
in mind. You will join when your baby is 0-12 weeks
old.
The Happy Mom School
was created to empower and support new moms through this amazing
experience we call Motherhood! Not only will you learn current,
expert information, but you will also bond with your baby and make
new friends along the way. We want to help you ROCK this new mom
gig!
Join us as we make new
friends, laugh, cry and learn how to be the best moms we can be –
and have FUN while doing it!
Meets once a week for 8
weeks.

- Bring baby and meet with your mom group weekly
- Weekly expert speakers on various mom and baby topics like infant sleep, tummy time and maternal wellness

This group is structured exactly the same as our original Happy Mom
School, but with the repeat mom in mind. Not only will you connect
with other mamas who are juggling multiple kiddos, but our group
leader and experts will also incorporate information geared towards
the repeat mama!
(If you are a repeat mama, you are more than welcome to join any of our Happy Mom School groups. You will still have a great experience if you enroll in our original Happy Mom School Group versus the 2nd/3rd Time Mom Group).
Join Building Blocks owner, Chelsea Kunde a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, mom of two and sleep consultant.
Chelsea has extensive experience working with families to build a strong and supportive foundation to help migrate through all life stages. Join Chelsea to discuss all things Toddler Sleep. This class will set you up for success in toddler sleep. You will learn information on nap schedules, transition to big kid bed, bedtimes, and how to keep toddlers in their room and asleep all night! This class is for parents with children 18 months- 4 years old.

class is a 1.5-hour in-person class. Baby is welcome to attend.
This class is recommended for families with infants under 12 weeks
of age. An online version of this class is
also available.
Join Building Blocks owner, Chelsea Kunde, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, mom of two and sleep & discipline consultant in her Sleep Soundly Class. This class is for expectant families or families with infants under 12 weeks of age. Learn ways to teach infants healthy sleep skills and achieve restful nights with a baby. This is not sleep training, but instead a way to help your infant learn to sleep through the night, establish naps, learn healthy sleep skills, and be well rested. Materials are provided including ways to guide infants to help soothe, sample schedules, and a plan for everyone to get restful sleep.
