YOGA INSTRUCTORS & PRESENTERS
Nisha - I believe that yoga is for everyone, and
that yoga can be practiced at any given moment. I’ve especially
noticed the benefits of yoga, while incorporating mindfulness
practices into my classroom as an elementary teacher. In fact, I
love yoga so much, that I wrote and published a children’s book
called “Neal the Yogi”, which is about a resilient little boy who
loves yoga but cannot touch his toes. Yoga is a beautiful practice
that invites total mind, body, and breath connection.
Manju - I am a Registered Nurse, Public Health
Nurse and a CAMH certified First Steps to Success Coach. My yoga
teaching is theme-based and hopefully “plants a seed” for
self-reflection on and off the yoga mat. Each time I teach and
practice yoga, I am reminded of my favorite quote “If you change
the way you look at things, the things you look at change” – Wayne
Dyer.
Neal - I am a French teacher with a passion for
yoga and foam rolling. I believe that yoga is for everyone and it
has profoundly impacted my life by creating a deeper connection
between mind, body, and soul. Foam rolling has become an essential
part of my practice, helping me feel relaxed and promoting overall
well-being. I have a deep love for teaching these mindfulness
practices and sharing them with others, bringing the benefits of
yoga and foam rolling to everyone.
NOTE:
This
is a workshop for adults only.
