Join us off-site at The Lights in WF on the lawn for International Day of Yoga! This vinyasa style flow will incorporate breath to movement and also help build balance, flexibility, and strength in the body. All levels and abilities are welcome to join us. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. Class is FREE but preregistration will get you entered into ALL of the class drawings.
