About your instructor: Andrea Evans (E-YRT) has completed multiple
training programs in trauma-informed yoga teaching, yoga for
emotional health & healing, Yoga Nidra and meditation. A
dedicated yoga practitioner and student for years, Andrea has been
teaching yoga and other modalities to support physical and
emotional agility since 2014.
