People in our culture increasingly report that anxiety is
affecting their relationships, digestion, sleep patterns. and
overall health and well being. This workshop is designed to help
explore connections between your yoga practice, nervous system, and
emotional health in a safe and supportive setting.
Participants are not required to have nor disclose an sort of
personal history or experiences with anxiety. All who are open to
learning are welcome. Light physical practice and Yoga Nidra
included. Bring mat and water.
