Opening the Shoulders, Chest & Back with Taylor Hunt

Shoulders are a key element in our yoga practice and having open shoulders is key to perform backbends, transitions, and inversions.Participants will learn proper movement of the shoulders as well as specific drills that will be useful in opening the shoulders in flexion and extension in order to increase range of motion. We will also focus on stretches that target the chest and upper back to release tension and address tightness in the upper body. Incorporating these techniques and drills into your routine will help you improve in postures like urdhva dhanurasana, kapotasana, pincha mayurasana, bhekasana, and many more.
