We will break down what you need to know to feel comfortable showing up for a studio flow class and beyond! Learn standard movements and sequences like Warrior poses and Sun Salutations - and how to use blocks and other props to make these poses work for your body. At the same time, learn to recognize a little Sanskrit, link breath and movement, and demystify the yoga experience.
