As the practice softens, we’ll transition into a deeply supportive restorative sequence, allowing the body and nervous system to fully unwind. Gentle shapes, intentional stillness, and longer holds encourage release on both a physical and energetic level, offering space to reset and recalibrate.

Reiki is offered as a gentle, non-invasive complement to the guided meditation, supporting the body’s natural capacity for rest and restoration.

No movement or prior experience is required. Participants often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and deeply renewed.
