This 90-minute seasonal practice is an invitation to shed what no longer serves you and create space for renewal as we move into spring. We’ll begin with a steady, breath-led vinyasa flow designed to build heat, awaken the body, and gently release physical tension and stagnant energy held through the winter months.
As the practice softens, we’ll transition into a deeply supportive restorative sequence, allowing the body and nervous system to fully unwind. Gentle shapes, intentional stillness, and longer holds encourage release on both a physical and energetic level, offering space to reset and recalibrate.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and grounded—ready to step into the new season with ease, intention, and a renewed sense of balance.

In a world of chronic exhaustion and overstimulation, Yoga Nidra offers a powerful practice of conscious rest. This guided meditation is practiced lying down in complete comfort, allowing the body to fully relax while the mind remains gently aware.
In this special event, Ellen will lead a structured Yoga Nidra practice while Katie offers Reiki energy support. Together, these modalities work synergistically to encourage nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and energetic balance. Reiki is offered as a gentle, non-invasive complement to the guided meditation, supporting the body’s natural capacity for rest and restoration.
No movement or prior experience is required. Participants often leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and deeply renewed.

Functional Mushrooms for Everyday Wellness presented by Alicia Grimaldi, Director of Customer Relations, Educator, and Holistic Health Counselor from Clearly Balanced Days bringing you Fungi Days, your everyday functional mushroom.
You will be introduced to the world of functional mushrooms and how they can be incorporated into everyday wellness. The session will blend approachable science with conversational education, making the topic accessible for beginners while still engaging for those already familiar with natural wellness.
The presentation will cover a variety of functional mushrooms to include Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Shitake and Maitake. For each mushroom, I will highlight its uses, benefits and practical ways people can integrate it into their daily routines.
