Shamanic breathwork is a powerful, guided breathing practice
that uses the breath as a bridge between the conscious and
subconscious mind. Through rhythmic breathing and carefully curated
music, participants enter an expanded state of awareness where the
body’s innate intelligence can release stored emotions, stress, and
old patterns.
Often described as a non-ordinary state of consciousness, this
process allows the psyche to move beyond everyday thinking and into
a deeper realm of healing, insight, and integration.
During a session, participants lie comfortably while breathing in a
specific rhythm. The breath activates the nervous system and opens
access to inner imagery, emotions, and memories that may arise for
healing and understanding. Each person’s journey is unique—some
experience emotional release, others receive symbolic visions,
physical sensations, or profound feelings of clarity and
connection.
Through this process, participants may experience a variety of
personal insights and shifts. While every journey is unique, many
people report:
• Greater clarity around life questions, decisions, or personal
patterns
• Emotional release and relief from stored stress or tension in the
body
• A deep sense of connection to spirit, source, or something larger
than themselves

may be subtle and grounding. Both are equally valid expressions of
the body’s natural healing intelligence.
No prior experience is necessary. Participants are invited simply
to breathe, trust the process, and allow their inner healer to
guide the journey.
An offering for the transition from late spring into early summer. A time of rising energy and expansion in both Ayurveda & TCM, this practice invites participants to soften, ground, and move with the season.
Brief exploration of the plant, guided meditation, and a fluid movement practice reflecting the plant’s soothing essence. Well close with a tea ceremony, journaling, integration and shares. Each participant receives home grown lemon balm, a zine and lemon balm infused treat
Using the vibrant, full moon energy, we create this healing experience so that students can move into this next moon cycle with clear intention and a balanced mind/body/spirit connection. It begins with your arrival as the moon rises into the evening sky and flows into the start of the healing session as the moon and the class begings its journey.
