Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 4–5 years)

A play-based gymnastics class designed for preschool-aged children to build foundational skills through structured stations and guided movement.

Children will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills while working on gross motor development, balance, coordination, following directions, and turn-taking. Classes include a warm-up, tumbling and balance stations, and a short group activity.

No prior gymnastics experience required.

Dates: January 21 - February 25
Schedule: Wednesdays, 6:15-6:45 PM
Cost: $135
Socks Required: Move & Groove is a sock-based facility—both children and adults are required to wear socks during class.
