This series is designed as a progressive journey, where each class builds on the last. If you have previous experience in dance or movement, you're welcome to drop in, please reach out to do so. However, if you're new to this style, we highly recommend starting from the beginning to get the full experience and foundation.
Conscious Aging - A Mindfulness Workshop with Joanne Metz & Kas Frost

As we grow older, we’re invited into a deeper relationship with ourselves—one that asks not just “What have I done?” but “Who am I becoming?” This insightful workshop offers an invitational and reflective space to explore the central question of “Who Am I Before & Now?”.
The afternoon is a mindful exploration into what it means to navigate the path of aging with awareness, intention and acceptance.
Drawing from wisdom traditions, mindfulness practices, and conscious aging principles, we will explore how to age with intention, presence, and authenticity.

This workshop is for adults of all ages who are curious about their inner life and wish to approach aging as an empowering and transformative experience.
Joanne brings over 30 years of experience as a trainer, coach, and teacher. With her background in yoga, pilates, meditation, and fitness education, she creates an inspiring space for learning and growth.
Kas offers her specialized guidance as a Certified Sage-ing© Leader and Certified Holistic Coach who brings a ‘whole picture’ approach to living that considers the person’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.
