A Restorative Workshop for Deep Tissue Renewal and Somatic Awareness
Discover the transformative power of fascia-focused movement in this immersive workshop designed to nourish your body from the inside out. Fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs—plays a vital role in mobility, posture, and overall well-being. When hydrated and healthy, fascia supports fluid movement and resilience. When restricted, it can contribute to tension, stiffness, and imbalance.
This workshop blends gentle movement, long-held stretches, and myofascial release techniques to support the health and hydration of your fascia. Through slow, mindful transitions and deep diaphragmatic breathing, you'll create space for your body to unwind, reorganize, and restore balance. Expect a mix of Yin-inspired poses, subtle micro-movements, and dynamic flow to stimulate fluid movement and enhance tissue elasticity.
Massage balls may be used to release fascial adhesions and improve mobility, while breathwork offers an internal massage that supports organ function and emotional release. By honoring the body's natural rhythms and cultivating awareness, this practice invites deep, lasting change in the connective tissues.

Yoga for motherhood is a way to honor and support our divine power to create life. Whether you are pregnant or have recently given birth, these classes offer a nurturing space designed to support you through this incredible journey.
Practices will include variations tailored to the stage you’re in. We’ll move through gentle postures and breathing exercises that honor your body’s needs, enhancing circulation and oxygenation, easing lower back tension, promoting deep relaxation, and gently preparing the body for birth or aiding its recovery afterward.
This is also a space to come together with other women, to feel supported, connect, and share this chapter of life in a calm and caring environment. While the focus is on mothers and their recovery, these classes are for women themselves, an opportunity to nurture your own body, mind and spirit without the presence of babies.
