Join Katrina Shinkaruk and Amanda Petronis for an afternoon of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Reiki, where we will gather to honor the sacred in-between. This is the liminal space—the moment between who you were and who you're becoming. It’s not always clear or comfortable, but it is always sacred.
Together, we’ll allow the breath to guide us through the liminal space—the bridge between letting go of the old and stepping into the new. This is the sacred middle. This is where the magic of becoming happens.
Through breath and Reiki, we’ll create room for your whole self, embracing what’s been released and making space for what’s emerging. Trust that the unknown is a sacred container for transformation.

Your subconscious mind is responsible for 90-95% of your behavior. It is the seat of your emotions and where all your deep rooted beliefs reside. Its job is to protect you but another thing about the subconscious mind is that it’s also illogical so if you aren’t working with it, it can work against you.
When you get your subconscious on board with your goals you are unstoppable and can truly live life to your full potential.
