Our hybrid model offers flexibility while keeping the benefits of a committed series. Once we have enough participants registered to run the series, drop-ins are welcome (space permitting)! Unlimited membership holders can also join as part of their membership once the series is confirmed to run.
Mindful Hatha in Spanish is a five-week registered series exploring conscious movement, breath awareness, and the mind–body connection in a calm and accessible way.
Each class highlights one essential quality of the practice: flexibility, strength, balance, equanimity and integration, while always offering a full-body, well-rounded experience. Classes are taught at a gentle pace, with options provided for different bodies and experience levels.
The series is taught primarily in Spanish and welcomes Spanish speakers as well as English-speaking students interested in practicing or deepening their Spanish through movement.

Fascial Release & Mindful Movement
A Restorative Workshop for Deep Tissue Renewal and Somatic Awareness
Discover the transformative power of fascia-focused movement in this immersive workshop designed to nourish your body from the inside out. Fascia—the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs—plays a vital role in mobility, posture, and overall well-being. When hydrated and healthy, fascia supports fluid movement and resilience. When restricted, it can contribute to tension, stiffness, and imbalance.
This workshop blends gentle movement, long-held stretches, and myofascial release techniques to support the health and hydration of your fascia. Through slow, mindful transitions and deep diaphragmatic breathing, you'll create space for your body to unwind, reorganize, and restore balance. Expect a mix of Yin-inspired poses, subtle micro-movements, and dynamic flow to stimulate fluid movement and enhance tissue elasticity.
Massage balls may be used to release fascial adhesions and improve mobility, while breathwork offers an internal massage that supports organ function and emotional release. By honoring the body's natural rhythms and cultivating awareness, this practice invites deep, lasting change in the connective tissues.

It’s helpful to know your North Node before attending, as it gives you a clearer foundation for the vision you’re creating.
During the workshop, we’ll cover your North Node at a high level and explore themes, words, and images that align with your growth for 2026. Because of time, we won’t be able to dive deeply into your full life path.

Full Moon Women's Circle
During the Full Moon, it is a magical time to come together under the light of the moon, when the moon is at the height of power, energy, illumination, and the peak of clarity. It represents the culmination of the month before it and all the dreams and wishes we cast out on the New Moon. We can feel it in the energy that runs through our blood, body and veins.
What do we do in moon circles?
We gather together. We learn, meditate and move. Sometimes we dance and sing, we journal and contemplate, we listen to each other and allow ourselves to be seen. Shining our light onto the parts of us that the moon illuminates. Shining our light onto the shadows and the the things it is time to release.
Gathering together in community under the light of the Full Moon, we reflect our own bright lights to those around us. We celebrate the fullness of the moon, sharing what it is time for us to release. This is a powerful time for guidance, healing, and magic to take place, calling in guidance, healing, and magic.
Please bring a journal and pen and wear comfortable clothes.
