Join me for a magical evening in circle as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox with intention!
Let us gather to symbolically harvest all we have accomplished through the year so far, to reflect on the nurturing and caring for the visionary seeds we intentionally planted in spring. The night and day are of equal length, and we are encouraged to seek balance both within and without. Themes of acknowledgement and gratitude are strong. The days will be darkening as we move forward and inward, opening to even dreamier insights and a ripened, fruitful expansion.
Let us wonder about the ancient magic and contemplate the wisdoms of the Autumn Equinox with some movement, meditation, ritual and poetry play.

Fascial Yoga: Fascial Release & Mindful Movement
A Restorative Workshop for Deep Tissue Renewal and Somatic Awareness
