Introduction to Pilates
This 6 week Pilates Foundations course is designed for people new to pilates who want to build on the basics and increase strength, flexibility, and balance. as well as, increase greater physical and mental awareness of how the body moves and feels. Pilates integrates breath and movement with proper body mechanics and the exercises focus on the pelvis and trunk, using both stability and mobility to train the body. Additionally, Pilates can be practiced for every body of every age. This 6 week introduction will focus on the six Core Principles of Pilates which are: Breathing, Concentration, Centring, Control, Precision, and Flow.
This Women’s Temple space is for you to arrive in your authentic multidimensional nature, to be felt and received in your deep & divine presence. Holly, Jacquie & Elaine offer this circle to gather, share and express your feminine power, inviting you to show up as your truest self; supported with inquiry, listening & embodiment.
This sacred container is a sharing circle and a workshop-style series involving guided dialogue and reflection prompts within breakout groups. The registered monthly Women’s Temple offers a chance to deepen your well of connection within, and amongst a community of other women. It is astounding what arises in the shared space of powerful women with the unique perspectives and abundant medicine that we each bring.
We are dedicated to creating safe space for all to show up exactly as they are, and share in movement & voice through this Temple Space.
