In this calming and restorative workshop, participants will explore how therapeutic yoga can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, cultivating mindfulness, and restoring balance. Designed for all levels, this session combines body awareness, breath practices, gentle movement, and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system.
Participants will learn practical techniques to manage stress
both on and off the mat. You’ll gain insight into how chronic
stress affects the body and mind, and how to use yoga-based
practices to promote resilience, emotional well-being, and inner
peace.

Yoga Basics - 4 Week Series

This 4-week series is designed for those who are interested in
starting a yoga practice by learning the fundamentals first.
Students will meet once for 4 weeks straight in a workshop style
setting, along with getting a 4-week unlimited studio membership
for all the regularly scheduled classes.
In this series, students will learn basic yoga postures and
breathing practices as well as what to expect in a yoga studio
setting. The focus will be on safe alignment rather than a “perfect
looking posture." You will have the opportunity to ask questions in
a supportive, safe environment. By the end of the series, students
will have a working knowledge of many fundamental yoga postures and
should feel confident moving into yoga classes in the studio or
joining us safely from your home.
*This is also a great series for those who have been practicing but want to revisit the fundamentals of basic postures.
Pricing: $79/person (Four 1-hour workshops + 30 Days unlimited yoga)
