The Step to Strength challenge will kick off on Monday January 13 and run until Friday January 31, 2025. Both members and non-members of myFitness can register/participate in this challenge. Participants can choose to complete their daily movement goals whenever they feel best fits into their schedule. They will fill out a google form once per week answering questions about what goals/how many days they were able to hit that week, progress they have seen over the week, what they are most proud of, etc.
The weekly movement goals for all participants are as follows
Week 1 - at least one stretch break (10-15 min), 5 flights of stairs and a 10 minute walk per day
Week 2 - 1-2 stretch breaks (10-15 min), 10 flights of stairs and a 15 minute walk per day
Week 3 - 2 stretch breaks (10-15 min), 15 flights of stairs and a 20 minute walk per day
Participants will be encouraged to complete as much as they can based on their fitness level.
