Join Jodi Webber and Annica Melanson for a mindful, all levels, sensory infused practice.This yang to yin practice will leave you feeling inspired to gently close summer 2023 in a heart centred way. Embrace the transition to fall, as we create space to set intentions for the last quarter of 2023.
This practice will start with mindful movement to unify the body/mind connection. In this space, we can more easily hear the whispers of the innate wisdom inside each of us. We will then move to the quiet introspective practice of yin. The longer held, meditative poses will focus on releasing and letting go.
We will incorporate sound, scent, healing touch (optional), and intentional journal prompts throughout our journey.
