Join us for “Sip and Stretch,” a unique and intimate evening designed to help couples connect through mindful movement. This beginner-friendly session will focus on partner-assisted stretches to deepen physical connection and cultivate relaxation. Couples will explore fun, safe, and effective stretching techniques they can replicate at home, targeting common areas of tension such as the lower back, shoulders, and legs.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have prior experience, this session will leave you feeling refreshed, bonded, and better equipped with practical stretching practices for daily life. Complemented by wine and light refreshments, the evening promises to be a perfect blend of relaxation, movement, and connection.

Step into the dark, electric energy of Halloween with Hard Yoga: Halloween Flow — a 90-minute power yoga and music immersion at Noir Yoga.
This isn’t your average yoga class. Expect sweat, fire, and release as we move through a challenging, full-body flow fueled by a live bass and trap DJ soundtrack — with heavy-hitting inspiration from artists like RL Grime, TroyBoi, and Zeds Dead.
We’ll ground together with breathwork, rise into high-intensity power sequences, and then dissolve into deep stretch and restorative postures under a hypnotic downtempo mix. The night closes with an extended savasana and a 30-minute community hang — your chance to connect, celebrate, and vibe with fellow yogis, movers, and creatives.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner, a music lover, or simply seeking a substance-free alternative to Halloween nightlife, this experience is for you. The class is all-levels, with plenty of options to meet every body where it’s at.
Yoga-appropriate costumes are welcome (but never required!)
