We'll begin with a grounding meditation and flow-based warm-up to prepare the wrists, shoulders, and core. Then, we'll break down three iconic arm balances — Crow (Bakasana), Eka Pada Koundinyasana II, and Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana) — with accessible drills, alignment tips, and techniques to move through fear and hesitation.

Whether you're an intermediate yogi or an adventurous beginner, you’ll be supported in exploring these shapes at your own pace. Bernardita’s thoughtful guidance will help you develop foundational strength, sharpen your focus, and embrace your journey — both on and off the mat.

We'll close the workshop with cooling pranayama, deep stretches, and a restful savasana to integrate the practice.
