Our program is a Hatha based yoga teacher training founded in the principals of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda. We’ll learn evidence-based practices that can be incorporated into yoga on and off the mat for overall health and wellness of every individual.

Our 300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training is designed for dedicated yoga teachers and practitioners who are ready to deepen their understanding of yoga as a therapeutic, embodied, and lineage-rooted practice. This hybrid program weaves together in-person weekend immersions, weekly Zoom philosophy circles, and supported self-paced study to create an immersive and transformative experience.
Over ten modules, students will refine their teaching voice, expand their anatomical and philosophical understanding, learn trauma-informed and somatic principles, and integrate the wisdom of Ayurveda, subtle body practices, and advanced pranayama into their work with students and communities.
Rejuvenate the spirit with this retreat into grateful reflection. The day will feature wine tasting, restorative yoga, meditation, and a seasonal light vegetarian lunch.
