Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, is a systematic practice of moving our awareness from our external world to our internal one. It holds immense benefits for those who struggle to let go, suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burnout and anxiety. It can allow you to find a deeper sense of peace and reconnect with your truest self. In this workshop we will begin with some gentle stretching and restorative poses and end with a guided Yoga Nidra meant to refresh and recharge your mind, body and spirit!
