Join Bhavaani on a self-exploration to free ourselves from limiting beliefs that block us from living a life of abundance and fulfillment. We will identify our breathing pattern and learn how to improve it through conscious connected breath, activating the inner healer.

We will explore movement to release trapped energy and stress, and reflect on our belief systems to release pre-programmed beliefs that no longer work for us. Our session will close with a Yoga Nidra meditation to set our attention to stay focused on this new path.
