Cost:

Early Bird (by 9/15): $40

After 9/15: $45

Become intoxicated and learn how to care for others in this sweet workshop. Through skillful demonstration and guidance, you'll learn how both giving and receiving Thai Bodywork can help your brain quiet down and allow your body to unwind. As an added bonus, Linda will introduce some basic Qigong movements that will add more power and grace to your exploration of Thai Bodywork.

Expect to explore many different techniques, including rhythmic rocking, dynamic stretch and joint mobilization. We will interchange roles, working as both giver and receiver, allowing for a deepened sense of awareness as we move through this subtle yet powerful work together.

This workshop is open to everyone, and no previous experience is required. You are welcome to sign up with a partner with whom you want to work, but also feel free to come alone and we'll pair you up with a new friend! Dress for comfort. Mats and Blankets are provided.
