It’s about the yoga. It’s about the yoga transforming you. Don’t just talk about change. Be the change.
Denise Hopkins (www.denisehopkinsyoga.com) and Heidi Sormaz (www.freshyoga.com) are Forrest Yoga Guardian teachers. Their teaching experience spans two decades. Join them for a weekend of yoga classes, ceremony, and meditation. They are excited to share the type of weekend workshops that inspired them both to become teachers. 4 Master classes in one weekend will cover all the bases. Saturday morning is heart practice and back bending. Saturday afternoon is slow, juicy hip opening and the arm balances it makes easy. Sunday morning is the excitement of inversions and Sunday afternoon twists it all out with twisty, hippy arm balances.
Through the carefully sequenced, building asana, you'll connect with yourself and then you'll create a deeper connection to spirit. Saturday and Sunday morning will include chanting and ceremony. Saturday and Sunday afternoon will leave some time for questions and answers. These classes are sequenced specifically within a class and across days to take you and your practice to the next level!
A minimum of 6 months of yoga practice is recommended prior to enrolling in this weekend of workshops.
