Join our staff every Saturday for this off-season pitching opportunity. Each athlete will receive pre and post testing, video biomechanic analysis, Optimize Elite workout and injury prevention packet. Rookie classes are geared towards athletes that have very little pitching background and are looking to improve their throwing/pitching mechanics.

Join our staff every Saturday for this off-season pitching opportunity. You must have completed Elite Pitching Premier or have done lesson's at Optimize and have permission to attend the Platinum group. Majority of pitchers in Platinum are between the ages of 15 and 18 years old.
