Our classes welcome mamas in all stages of motherhood (including pregnancy) and offer an inclusive space for mamas to exercise in while bringing their little one along. As your local Certified Pregnancy + Postpartum Exercise Specialist, I will lead you through postpartum/pregnancy appropriate exercises to not only learn more about your body, but to help you improve strength and function.
Our classes run Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays 9:30-10:15am.
Mondays: Our strength-based class will work to challenge you in new ways all while supporting your body in this season of life
Wednesdays: Cardio, core and restorative work to improve strength and mobility
Fridays: This total body workout is the perfect blend of strength and cardio tailored just for mamas!

Our 60 minute Foundations Strength class with Salina offers a total-body strength workout utilizing a variety of different equipment and body weight. Foundations STRENGTH focuses on functional and basic exercises to promote increased strength, balance, improved energy levels and overall improved function of our bodies.
Women of all ages and activity levels are welcome to join us for our upcoming January 5-February 11session, Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm.
Join us for our first ever session of Gentle Seated Yoga! This 60 minute class offers the opportunity to participate seated or standing (chairs provided) in an intimate and intentional setting. Participants can expect to work on: strength, mobility and mindfulness throughout the duration of our session.
Join us Tuesdays from 1:00-2:00pm, November 4-December 9, women of all activity levels are welcome to join us.
